Our customer, a market leader in the field of warehousing automation, needed engineering support for executing large automation projects, including software configuration, extensions development, testing and implementation.
The customer required skilled resources with a deep understanding of automation systems and the customers’ operations, integration of different systems, and the capability to meet critical operational timelines.
The commissioning phase of these projects required configuration and testing of each component and subsystem to ensure functionality from control systems to control software to higher levels enterprise systems.
Quest Global, with our local-global approach, built global engineering teams, with core teams set up at critical business locations and supported more than 100 customer projects.
The implementation teams were able to support more than 50 customer sites across the USA, Italy, Singapore, and Australia.
The customer was able to drive engineering activities based on common KPIs and success criteria.
