We don’t just crush challenges, we also crush having a good time. Get-togethers, holiday parties, offsite events with families and friends are just some of the ways we celebrate solving the hardest engineering problems. ”Ethnic Days, Women’s Day & Mother’s Day Celebrations, Junior Questians Day, Yoga Day, Sports Days and Pot luck.” 

We love celebrating achievers and caregivers for their passion, contributions and kindness to one another. Monthly ‘On the Fly’ awards are given out to high performers; Employee of the Quarter is awarded to those challenge crushers who are making maximum impact; and Annual Performance Awards recognize Humble Achievers in technical and operational excellence under various categories and verticals. Extraordinary employees are also recognized under the quarterly CEO appreciation program. One thing is for certain, there is no shortage of opportunities to recognize and reward our people.

Gazelles is a leadership forum that nurtures stronger connections between Quest Global’s leadership and cross-company management teams. These sessions are focused on learning from one another, improving communication, and strengthening the capabilities of tomorrow’s leaders. Investing in our culture and people contributes enormously to our growing organization of humble achievers and empathetic caretakers.  

This team of dedicated caregivers act as ‘HR Partners’ from each delivery unit and function. They are great listeners and always have the pulse of the organization so they can integrate feedback and ensure we are creating an inclusive and supportive environment as a “best place to work” for our employees.

Innovation at Quest Global

At QuEST, we are Born To Engineer – bridging the gap between talent and technology to deliver decisive advances in customer experience, operational efficiency and gain competitive edge — not just for today, but for the future. Some of our flagship events include: 

Hackathon

  • An annual QuEST event which seeks to bring together developers and technologists to create technology solutions for business. It has become a platform of innovation at QuEST since 2017, when we had our first North American Hackathon. In 2020 QuEST held its first ever fully virtual global Hackathon. Despite being a fully virtual contest, haQathon 2020 was a resounding success with teams registering from across the globe and 300 participants managed to finish the race successfully.

Technology Symposium

  • An annual internal technical symposium which is aimed to identify the best projects executed at QuEST. It is the most keenly awaited event which is the culmination of the Walk the Floor contest where project teams get to showcase and present the innovative work they are doing for our customers to a panel consisting of leaders from our delivery teams. In 2021, we hosted the first ever fully virtual and global Walk the Floor contest with 122 projects registering themselves from across the globe.

Ingenium

  • An annual talent event aimed at nurturing young innovative minds. This global event is hugely popular among students and academia. Bridging the gap between ideas to realisation, Ingenium, brings to the together hundreds of young minds that are Born to Engineer.

Recruitment Process

1. Application

It’s simple and easy to apply for jobs at Quest Global. Just log in to Quest Global website, go to career section and find opportunities section to apply by feeding basic information. Search Jobs

2. Shortlisting

Candidate applications will be reviewed by the respective recruitment teams and the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation.

3. Technical Assessment

All shortlisted candidates will go through a technical assessment to check the technical abilities required for the role.  The technical interview will involve multiple rounds based on the requirement: online assessment, technical interview, customer interview etc.

4. HR Interview

This a process that helps us understand your career goals, skills, strengths, passion etc. You can quiz the recruiter on anything about the position or Quest Global as an organization.

5. Offer Roll-out

Candidates who clear the technical and HR interview will be issued an offer letter that includes the compensation structure and other requirements related to employment at QuEST Global.

6. Background Verification

Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding team will initiate process for background verification to check authenticity of candidate claims.

7. Onboarding and Induction

Once all formalities are completed, the candidate will get a notification to join Quest Global on a mutually agreed date. Quest Global has a comprehensive induction and onboarding process to orient and train the new recruits about our organizational culture, vision, mission and way of life at Quest Global.
