A major OEM in the HV segment approached Quest Global to address their backlog of projects and their lack of skilled resources to take on more HV projects. They approached Quest Global to mobilize resources utilizing a local-global model and address various workstreams within HVDC and FACTS projects.
Utilizing an academy approach, Quest Global carried out competency gap assessments, identified high-quality training content and managed training through a dedicated academy portal, and platform. We have institutionalized a dependable talent up-skilling and cross-skilling mechanism to meet the current and future requirements of such projects. This resulted in customers having a pool of experts which they could deploy locally or offshore. The customer also had the flexibility to opt for or combine various commercial models when needed for the project.
Quest Global’s solution helped the customer facilitate faster project execution, reduce their backlog of projects, and scale their capacity to execute more projects. The solution also resulted in a significant reduction in project execution costs.
