The International Society of Air Breathing Engines is an organization formed to further the free exchange of knowledge in the field of airbreathing propulsion for flight vehicles. The Society organizes a major conference every two years with invited lectures, contributed technical papers, – arranged sessions, special forums and social events for informal discussions and networking.
This year’s event was hosted by our strategic customer Honeywell in Phoenix, AZ, and was attended by more than 250 participants from OEMs (Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, GE Aviation), engineering services (QuEST, Belcan), research bodies (NASA, National Research Council, Canada), academia (Ohio State, Cranfield), tool vendors (3D Systems) and others, with presentations from 250 authors from 24 countries.
