Sonia is the Senior Vice President – People & Culture, Quest Global leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. With over two decades of experience, Sonia specializes in change management, talent development, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and culture building. She has successfully designed and implemented innovative strategies and HR interventions globally.

Sonia started her career with Toyota Kirloskar Motors after her MBA with the School of Management Studies, CUSAT. She considers her time with a manufacturing firm a crucial foundation for HR fundamentals. She joined Quest Global as a junior HR executive when they were about 300 people strong and has played a pivotal role in its remarkable growth to a much larger organization today.

Her passion for people and belief in unlimited human potential drives her commitment to fostering a positive work environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and enhancing organizational performance through innovative HR strategies and practices. She inspires others to seek and tackle challenges with passion, reflecting her belief in the boundless potential of individuals.
