QuEST is seeking an individual to join our Project Management Team; the candidate will be responsible for managing program management metrics of the customer. As part of a QuEST team the candidate will use a combination of fellow team mate and individual skill to provide excellent service to the customers:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Progress tracking, positive influence of employees working to a schedule and milestone reporting
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate processes used to accept, allocate, and utilize manpower, and make suggestions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain budge logs Analyze data and suggest possible problem areas for schedule
  • Complete "look ahead" Manpower forecasts and document plans to support the workload
  • Develop corrective action plans for unexpected variances
  • Create/prepare program review specific charts
  • Create work process instructions
  • Interfacing with other functional areas/departments
  • Data interpretation/conversion

SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
  • ntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are required Microsoft Project desired.
  • Previous experience managing engineering schedule(s) for a development program in the aerospace industry.
  • Financial internship/On the job experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENTS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Mostly Office Environments. Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
  • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work. Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM.
  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations. Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
