The company received the award for implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for payroll related communications in North America that saved countless man hours and reduced operational cost for the company. The new RPAs, implemented by the company across their 24 offices in North America, automatically sends out more than 100,000 emails a year to its employees sharing important information about payroll, helping them with timely processing of payroll and avoid repeated efforts. By implementing best practices in the areas of process, compliance, technology, business value, risk management, and people, the company was able to reduce lead time ensuring on-time closure of various action items related to payroll processing. Through these initiatives, the company was also able to reduce its costs, enhance operational efficiency and improve employee satisfaction.
