The symposium that will be held at Trivandrum, India from October 21 – 22, 2016 will focus on Disruptive Technologies, Ethics and Global Development.
IEEE International Symposium on Technology and Society (IEEE ISTAS is the annual flagship event of the IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology (SSIT). The event provides a multi-disciplinary platform for practitioners and researchers, engineers and polymaths, policy makers and NGOs, technologists & social scientists, to collaborate, exchange experiences & good practices, and discuss social, cultural, economic and ethical implications of emerging technologies.
Unni Sankar, Senior Manager, Technology Excellence Group will represent QuEST at the event. Unni, with nineteen years of experience in Software Industry, is currently responsible for Engineering Software and Embedded Systems service lines in Technology Excellence Group (TEG) at QuEST.
