Gaurav is the Global Business Head of Sales Transformation and steers the company’s business growth across this essential vertical by building high-performance engineering teams and developing innovative services and solutions to support our customers. He is the driving force behind Quest Global’s strategy and action plans to partner with customers and increase efficiencies. 

He has over 25 years of experience in his field and has architected sales transformations for B2B companies, from startups to $10 Billion-dollar companies. In his previous role at Infosys,’ he led sales transformations and was instrumental in growing the company from $700 million in revenues to $7.5 billion over ten years. More recently, Gaurav’s sales transformation consulting business has helped Silicon Valley startups succeed in growing and transforming their business. He also founded and sold a startup that developed an AI for Documents.

Gaurav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad. He is a public speaker and has published three books: How India Got Back on the Map, [email protected]and his latest Global Business in the Age of Destruction and Distraction.
