Andrew is the Global Business Head for Aerospace and Defense. He is responsible for driving the company’s business growth across this key vertical by building high-performance engineering teams and developing new services and solutions to support our customers. He facilitates Quest Global's strategy and action plans to partner with customers and increase the pace of product development while improving operational efficiency through innovation.
In 2013, Andrew joined Quest Global and, since then, has held several leadership roles in both sales and delivery organizations within Quest Global. Initially, he led the global growth of their largest aerospace customer through partnering and developing new services and solutions to unlock additional value for this customer. Subsequently, he has led both the Europe region and the global industrial engineering division.
Andrew has 25+ years of experience in the global aerospace and energy markets, supporting many major OEMs. He has held senior-level operating and sales roles across Europe, North America, and Asia for companies involved in specialty materials, component manufacturing, and MRO activities. Andrew began his career as a Product Development Engineer working with advanced ceramic corrosion-resistant coating materials.
Andrew holds a BEng (Hons) in Materials Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and studied in the International MBA program at Henley Management College in London.
A guiding principle for Andrew is that “great results can be achieved with small forces.” He believes in focusing on “First who, then what” and is always mindful that there are learnings within every experience to attend to in order to ultimately fly high and achieve greatness.
