Ajit Prabhu is the co-founder and CEO of Quest Global, a global engineering services firm providing innovative end-to-end solutions across several industry verticals. Under his mission-centric leadership, the company has grown from a two-person operation to 14,000+ Questians and has become a market leader dedicated to engineering a brighter future for all.

Over the years, everything Quest Global stands for emanates from the Founder’s Principles of aspiration, humility, and hunger. Ajit is passionate about nurturing a culture grounded in these pillars; more than just doctrine, they are an important business strategy that ensures we are the most trusted partner for the world’s hardest engineering problems.

A staunch believer in the power of education, Ajit has earned a BS in mechanical engineering from Karnataka University; two MS degrees, one in mechanical engineering from Old Dominion University and one in biomedical engineering from RPI in Troy, New York; and an IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt™. In addition, he subsidizes higher education for hundreds of individual, underprivileged students so they may also reap its rewards. Ajit has received laudable industry awards, including T.I.E. Global Entrepreneur of the Year, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and SICCI Outstanding Entrepreneur.

When he is not engaged in business enterprises or community service activities, Ajit enjoys the serenity of under-water life as a certified scuba diver and life on land at his home in Singapore.
