Jason FayerEngineering Manager – Emerging Programs
Throughout Jason’s 10+ year tenure with QuEST Global, he has distinguished himself as a leader capable of building high capability, high functioning teams. Jason grew the Connecticut Engineering Center by 200% from 2010 to 2013, where he and his team selected, inducted, trained, and developed 65 new team members. 77% of these new hires were interns, co-ops, or entry level team members, and they were trained in Engineering Analysis, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering, and Product Development (Project Management and Engineering Requirements). In his current role, Jason serves as the Engineering Manager for Emerging Opportunities in North America. His team Builds and Operationalizes: Startup Programs, New Accounts, and New Offices. Jason’s engineering background is concentrated in structural analysis, and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
