QuEST and Mag Industrial Automation Systems Announce Strategic Relationship

Bangalore, India, August 9, 2006 - QuEST, a global product development and delivery solutions provider, today announced a multi-year, strategic relationship with MAG Industrial Automation Systems, a leading machine tool and systems company serving key global industry sectors including Powertrain, Aerospace, Heavy Equipment, Power Generation and General Machining. As per the agreement, QuEST will provide MAG with integrated comprehensive support ranging from product development services to manufacturing process support for its customers.

QuEST's scope of work for MAG in product design will include product detailing support, CAD, Finite Element Analysis for MAG's global engineering businesses, while the manufacturing support activities will include cycle-time estimation, fixture design and manufacturing, tooling development, and the proving out of components on various MAG range of product platforms.

In addition to adding dedicated engineering capabilities, MAG intends to establish a Technical Demonstration Centre (TDC) at QuEST, where MAG's broad portfolio of products and technologies will be showcased.
