Scope of Work

Detailed engineering of piping, mechanical, civil & electrical disciplines including construction support for the installation of 30MW DG power station.

Objectives of Project

  • To provide detailed engineering along with 3-D modeling for utilities like tank farm, radiator & pump house.

  • To provide specification for equipment including storage tanks, louvers and pumps.

  • To create 3-D modeling of entire plant including piping & equipments.

  • To create sub-structure and superstructure design for radiator, tanks, combined stack etc.

  • To provide pipe routing and bill of quantity for entire power plant.

Highlights

  • Successfully delivered the project using 3-D model (Inventor) with minimum rework at site.

  • Used analysis to study structural stability of major support structures.
